A little confused :/

Me and my hubby have been trying to conceive for the last 5 months and a couple days ago I started having this really light brownish discharge just when I wiped and it only happened twice. My period isn't suppose to come til the 11th, Is this spotting or not? I've never had this with my other child just a bit confused...
