TCC after pre eclampsia

With my first child, I had an emergency c-section due to severe pre eclampsia. We know we run the risk of having to do that again and part of me is still terrifed. My daughter was born at 31w2d and spent 6 weeks in the nicu. I think part of the reason we have been having issues is due to my fear. I'm having symptoms that I may be pregnant now but no positive test. It has almost been 2 years since everything and I know I will have to go to a high risk doctor but don't know what to expect so I'm also scared that if I am pregnant this stress isn't good for anyone. Does anyone have any experience with any of this?
