Helpp pleasee

Hello. I got my IUD removed Feb 6 after having it for 3years. My husband and I are TTC. The first 2 months (March and April) I got my period normal. All apirl we tried. My May period was 3 days late. Took 2 test negative. Period started the 4th day and lasted 3days and was not heavy at all..then after little spotting here and there after intercourse. I was supposed to start my period on Tuesday and have not gotten it yet. I took a hpt (from the dollar store) it came out negative. And all through this I have had multiple symptoms of pregnancy.

Possibly pregnant?

Should I wait to take another test? I go into my regular Dr next Wednesday. Should I ask for a blood test?
