The wait is killing me

I have an appointment Tuesday with my new ob. I'm 37 days late and still haven't gotten a BFP 😢 so I know there's got to be something else somewhere going on. It worries me because I've never had problems before. Also, I was wondering if it's possible to ovulate really late like after missing a period? I took an ovulation test may 28th and it was positive but my last period was March 28. Any advice is greatly appreciated
