What's going on with me ?!

I miscarried at 6 weeks 3.5 weeks ago. Only bleed for a week. Have not had my period yet. I've had cramps and that icky period feeling for over a week and a half now.. Yesterday when I wiped I had a tiny bit of pink spotting. Not sure when or if I even did ovulate because TTC again this early wasn't what we were trying to do ... But we did have sex about a week and 2 days ago. Possibly pregnant again ?? When to test? I'm super nervous.
