I'm 28 weeks and having pretty bad back cramps. Like period cramps. We moved yesterday & I know I prob over did it standing around and walking, moving what I could. Baby is moving fine but I still need to get stuff done. Has anyone felt like this or had this experience & come up with some type of relief? I'm not scared to take Tylenol. But I don't want to cover up pain that I shouldn't be ignoring.
