Crazy vivid dreams

Im 8 weeks and i havr been having the craziest dreams usually i dont remember my dreams but lately ive had the weirdest dreams tht feel so real i had one last night tht i started bleeding so i went to the hospital and they refused to give me an ultrasound so i went to a different hospital and they gave me an ultrasound but wouldnt show me and then came in and gave me a pamphlet saying i was still pregnant it was so real i woke up and went straight to the bathroom thinking id find blood but there was nothing it was so real i wanted to cry
