Help..

So i already have one child. But i dont remember my symptoms because i didnt have any or know i was pregnant till 3 months. But i was supposed to get my period and havent. And the other day i had discharge that was thick and white but normal no odor or anything. And i recently had a check up so i know its not infection. Can anyone tell me if they had this then found out they were pregnant?
