Not pregnancy related but i need help!

I got a toe ring fitted for me and the annual fair and now that I'm almost 40 weeks pregnant, my feet are pretty swollen. I'm really scared about the toe ring cutting off my circulation. But it's called a "fitted toe ring" for a reason- I can't take it off. And especially now that I'm swollen, its even more impossible to take off. How can I get it off? Please help.
