Reoccurring BV

Need help after every period and sex, I have BV. I'm tired of antibiotics and once I use the meds it comes back. What can I do?  This makes it so hard to conceive because when we are supposed to have sex I have a BV infection. TTC but so hard with reoccurring BV. Does anyone have some remedies besides prescription drugs and going to doctor every month it's expensive and time consuming
