Baby stuff

What could you not live without? I feel like we've got most everything covered besides a car seat and stroller. But it feels like we really don't have a lot of stuff. Am I missing something? Crib, changing table, dresser, swing/bouncer, some clothes, diapers, and small toiletries, even a backpack and sling. I'm a ftm with absolutely no expierence, so any help is useful!
