Implantation bleeding???

So I'm 3w5d and 11 dpo. Had one spot of bright red blood when I wiped and then since then it's been brown and mucus filled. Only lasted about 3-4 hours. Does this sound like implantation bleeding?? I'm 3 days from when AF would come.
