is due on the 14th I have had left ovary, hip, and back pain. I have had indigestion all day and burped well over 20 times today!!!! What is going on, has anyone else felt this way and found out they were expecting?

Can someone let me know if this is close? Wondering about the progression. On metformin & have pcos. Haven't had a positive in 7 months. Does it sometimes go from this to positive? Get half as dark lines all the time but this is darker than usual.
