25 yrs old & Ttc for the last 16+ months

We've been ttc for 16+ months. This month I made sure to try on all the right days. Today's the last day in my green days & 2 weeks from my pink days. Last night my nipples were a slight bit tender, tonight they much more tender to the touch. Do you think this is a sign? Usually they only ever hurt the day or two before af & it's usually the whole breast not just the nipples. Has anyone had this as an easily sign then had a bfp following it?!?!
