I have a question,I just had a c section back in January 2015,and how I'm pregnant again! I didn't have enough time to workout after I gave birth and since now I'm pregnant again,I don't know if I can or not?Â
Do you think it's ok to start working out again after me being inactive for the past 12 months?Â
