Sex positions. Do they help?

I've been told that different sex positions may help if this is true what position can we do to help conceive? Also is it true that depending on your position it could help with a boy or girl? We are hoping for a girl this time atound. Been trying for almost two years.

Missionary with her pelvis tilted upward would be the best for conceiving. Think about it like this, gravity will help more sperm reach further towards her eggs and thus increasing the odds that one get through. Also having her lay with a pillow under her butt for at least 5 minutes or more when you guys are done will be very helpful. That way she doesn't stand up and everything starts to come out. Nothing is known to help with the Sex of the baby, because the position doesn't effect it. Good luck!

Ok so when it comes down to positions to help conceive the best one is on your back with a pillow under your lower back. After you all are done its best to lay there for about five minutes. Ok so when it comes down to positions to determine sex of a child, have not been proven yet (at lease from what I've seen) ... But good luck
