What is this ridiculous pain?!

I have known I have cysts sometimes on my ovaries, and sometimes they burst. I haven't had an episode like that tho since early January.

I am currently on day 3 of my period which came on time, and is normal flow.

This morning I woke up an went to the bathroom, then my stomach started hurting BAD. I took some ibuprofen Cuz I thought it was period cramps an they would go away soon enough. As the morning is progressing the pain is increasing. I am now nearly in tears it hurts so bad! Feel nauseous because of it an I am shaky an have the chills. It feels kind of like a cyst rupturing, but not completely. I have this burning internal pain, along with lower stomach pain like between my hips and shooting pains to my vag.

This pain is stupid ridiculous!

What can I do to make it better? Or anyone know what this is?

To make matters worse I'm at work this morning an can't have any relief till 1130
