Getting pregnant before starting IVF...?

Hi everyone, me and my husband are due to start our first round of IVF next month due to hubby having low sperm motility and morphology.  I am absolutely petrified about it, and am wondering if anyone has been in the same position and fallen pregnant before starting IVF. Thanks :)

I did right before I was supposed to start but lost the baby at 8 weeks, likely chromosomal abnormality. So starting IVF as soon as I get my next period. Will be doing the genetic testing with IVF. I've had 2 miscarriages in the past 4 months and both likely because of abnormality.
