period not here

Hi all. First off I have irregular .. I have been bleeding for a year and in Jan stared taking olive leave. February I stopped my .. and march I started the 6th and went about a week. Then April just one day spotting. May one day spotting now June I have been having lots of right sided lower tummy and pelvic pain really severe. I went to the er had test ran and a . blood pregnancy test neg. I sure thought. But no. Pelvic normal or sound normal ct normal and blood work normal. Really why can't I get pregnant and if I do will I know. Overwelmed. And trying to loose weight cause I here that helps but can't loose. I work out eat right. Try To . OH ohhhhh
