Sorry periods and low anti mullerian hormone

I'm so discouraged. Not only is my egg reserve very low confirmed with anti mullerian hormone test but my periods are so light they hardly count. We've been trying for a year Street having iud removed when I was 36 note I'm 36 . I just can't believe I could be in menopause . We're seeing a fertility specialist we already have two kids ages 6 and 8 bit the younger one has severe vaccine induced autism/ encephalopathy. Anybody else have early symptoms of infertility or do you attribute problems to iud . So pissed! !
