Cramping

Hi,

I just have a quick question. Is light cramping in the lower abdominal area and vaginal area normal in early pregnancy. I get sharpe pains in the vaginal area every once in a while. Sorry TMI just wondering. This is my first and only pregnancy so not sure what is normal and whats not.
