4 dpo, extremely nauseous

I'm sure many questions get asked like this so I'm sorry if this annoys anyone but I am extremely curious. I am 4 dpo and woke up and crew melt nauseated. I haven't thrown up but it feels like it's coming any minute... This is very similar to how I felt with my twins but I didn't feel like this until closer to 7 weeks pregnant. How soon can you feel symptoms? Is 4 dpo to feel symptoms like this?
