AF due tomorrow

According to glow AF is due tomorrow. I am on pins and needles with no signs of AF or being prego. This is only my second cycle since removing my IUD. However I am still staying hopeful, even though the doc says it could be up to six months before my body is back to normal. Have any of you conceived just after taking out your IUD? Is it more difficult? I have had two pregnancy sun the past. The second of which blessed me with twins. My fiancé however is what to try for his first. I hope I can bless him with what he wants.
