Having trouble

My fiance and I have been trying for almost five months now to get pregnant and nothing is working.. We have tracked my period, did the apps with the ovulation and everything and nothing seems to be working. I'm getting very devastated... If anyone can help can you tell me when I should have sex to get pregnant. I started my period on the 9th my period usually lasts 4-5 days and its usually 27 days
