HELP ME PLEASE

Can somebody please help me i am.about to go nuts i think i got my period June 5-11th but before thatbi was spotting like the 3 4 & 5th dpo then i spotted a little more then my period came im guessing.... all these test are 17 18 19 20 dpo i am feeling nauseous after i eat i pee every hour i have sharp pains in my breast in the middle of my abdomen it feel as if something is there and my uterus and pelvis keeps getting small twinges i dont know what is going on! Help please
