Water breaking??

This morning I had a gush of watery fluid and now i have slight cramping. Im currently 21 weeks. I dont know if i should get checked out or if it's normal

Call the doctor asap!  It is possible for your water to break at 21 weeks and if this has happened then you and baby need medical attention asap!

I'm an ftm so not much experience but I would at least call the doctor's office and ask if you should go in. If you're saying it's a gush of fluid I would.

I went to the doctor and he said my water didn't break. However he still did not assure me everything was fine. He ran some tests and told me to come back on monday. Now I'm worried there might be something else wrong 😥😓

Mine broke in my sleep at 37 weeks. I didn't have any pain or contractions for hours, and mine was a slow leak. I had no idea I was even in labor until more than 12 hours later. I waited too long before calling my OB and ending up with a uterine infection that led to an emergency C-section. If you're in doubt, just call your doctor. FYI Amniotic fluid is usually shinier and more slippery than urine or other bodily fluids(sorry, TMI!).

When your water breaks it will be continueous until baby is born or medical intervention. It literally just keeps coming out nonstop. With my first I had to wrap up in a towel and put a trash bag in my car seat to keep from soaking my car.

Definitely call the doctor. Especially since it's Friday - they're probably closed all weekend and you don't want to worry until Monday or end up in the ER. Call!
