Anyone have anatomy scan done?

Doc said i need an anatomy scan - set it up for my 18 wk(5 days before I am 19 wks). She said she should be able to tell the gender.
Has anyone had an anatomy scan(check to make everything is growing right)?is it to early to tell gender than or can they?

Everyone has one. I found out the gender of my baby girl at 15 weeks so definitely possible.

That's when most people find out the gender. You can tell gender from 15 weeks and on so I'd say as long as the baby cooperates you should definitely be able to see.

That's typically the earliest they can confidently tell you the gender. Every one gets an anatomy scan. For some women it's the only ultra sound they get the whole pregnancy.
