Anyone with gestational diabetes

I failed my 3 hour test and they sent a nurse to my home to test my sugar with a meter my reading after two hours was 111 which is normal, I have not changed my eating habits I've been eating like I normally do and what I had eaten two hours prior was nothing carb restricted. The next day I checked it before breakfast it was 85 which again is normal then two hours after lunch it was 104 again normal and again I have not changed any eating habits I actually ate two little Debbie cakes (I know bad ) but I'm just curious could they have made a mistake ? Do any of you check your sugar ? Maybe I'm in denial but it just seems odd to me that I have been eating like normal and my readings are normal they even checked my urine for sugar and it came back negative
