Horrid dream now can't sleep

I know it's one of those "it's just pregnancy messing with your brain" things but this was bad. Woke up at 3 am and didn't go back to sleep till 530am. I'm in the near future (I'm only 24+1 right now)30 31 weeks and something is wrong. Hubby and I are in the ER and for some reason my sons heart rate slowed to a near death rate. They say they had to do a c-section and they don't normally cut where they're supposed to instead they cut Above my bump near my breasts. I feel everything and they lift up my skin and I see my baby under this thin film and I scream at them to take him out and they pause to look at him. Like they all are frozen in their spot unsure of how to proceed or even what to do all the while I'm screaming and yelling. And just like that I wake up in a cold sweat afraid to go back to bed..... has this happened to anyone? Is it normal or maybe something I ate before bed?
