I need opinions please!

So I had my lh surge the 3-5 I did have sex with my husband on the 3rd and two days later I have some brown and red spotting 2 days later. I have had cramps since I ovulated. I also started getting sore nipples which have turned into sore breast. Anything touching them hurts. I have also been having a lot of white discharge the last few days as well as a lot of burping and gas. I have a lot of pressure in my pelvis as well. Does this sound like early pregnancy symptoms?
