HELP me get them out!!!
37 weeks tomorrow and I only have about a week before I will be induced!! I really want my girls to come on their own! What can I do?
My doc just said lots of sex and nipple stimulation, and that activity and other stuff doesn't work unless I'm already in labor. My BP is high and I'm on bedrest so he doesn't want me being active unless it's intercourse lol. I pumped for an hour today (15 min intervals on each breast) and I'm having contractions but nothing regular.
Last week I was 65% effaced and 1.5 cm dilated.
Help me!!!
