I still can't get on this "iana, iliya" type bandwagon. Or names with lots of unnessessary y's and i's and h's and silent letter shit. They're just not very attractive names in my opinion.

There was a news segment I watched one time that said people with hard to pronounce names may get passed over for job opportunities because the people hiring don't want to try and decipher the name.
