Wasn't going to do this....
So today I woke up sweating and hot and went to the bathroom and dry heaved, just once and afterwards I felt fine just a little hot but otherwise fine. This month I didn't track a single thing so I don't even know when I ovulated and my last period was a day shorter but same flow. I don't know what is going on. Any ideas?
