Cramping and tenderness
I'm 12 weeks and just started getting cramping and tenderness on my lower right abdomen, it comes and goes. It woke me up in the middle of the night. It's more noticeable than period cramps, but it's not like severe pain. No spotting or bleeding, thankfully. Anyone have this or know what this is and should I call my doctor? My next scan is this Friday. Thanks!
