Hi ladies. Are there any signs that labour is approaching? Like did you feel any differently in the weeks leading up to it or did you notice a change in anything? I'm only 35w but this past week I have felt so different to what I have during my pregnancy & it's all of a sudden as well! I know from my last midwife appointment that our little one is head down and ready but not engaged. But that was over a week ago now and I really feel different. These are the things I've noticed that have changed over the past week; im really really hot all of the time, I have a fan on me constantly, if im at home im either naked or in very thin clothes & I have been using cold compresses 24/7! I have insomnia real bad, I have increased discharge - ive had to wear a pad since around 25w but ive noticed im going through them much quicker! Toilet trips are becoming so frequent  I'm starting to think it'd be easier for me to just sit on the toilet all day lol. I have dull lower back ache. A lot of twinges in my stomach. Little one isn't moving around as much, but is still moving. I'm never hungry now, if anything the thought of food makes me feel sick (I am still eating don't worry lol!) And I'm so uncomfortable no matter how hard I try to get comfy! From experience in previous pregnancies (if you've had any - posting in two threads) did you notice any changes? What were they?
