Discouragement 😔😔😔

Soooo I had mirena for 5-6 years after my 2nd daughter was born and now I am trying to get pregnant again. :) I got it removed last October and so far I haven't had any luck with getting pregnant. It's my fiancées first time if we get pregnant and I'm so blessed he loves my 2 daughters from my first marriage like his own... He wants a baby so bad as do I but I haven't gotten pregnant yet. We have calculated my ovulation etc etc and still no luck. I'm trying not to get discouraged but maybe words or wisdom from others might help.... Thanks for listening
