Evening primrose
Has anyone used evening primrose oil either inserted near cervix or taken orally in the last weeks of pregnancy? How much did you use and did it do anything for you as far as speed up dilation? My doula recommended to insert one capsule at bedtime but I've also read about taking it orally.
