Stop lying

I just need to get this off my chest and maybe it shouldn't bother me. I'm 19w and have a 2 year old. I'm married and we own a house together. I've caught my husband attempting to cheat numerous times. From dating profiles to text messaging. I've been through hell for this guy. I'm not a liar not even a fibber. It drives me insane. So today when sitting home all day with my daughter. Texting him telling him I missed him and asking when he would be home. Assuming he was at work. So I decided to go down to his parents house for a little while until he got home. On my 2 min drive I pass his aunts house and his car is there. I pull in his parents drive (still able to see his car) and I call and ask where he was. His response was "on my way home". I ask him again. His response was "why are you at moms? Can you see me?"

I don't like lies no matter how small. He doesn't understand why I was mad. I explained to him that it's so much easier just to say "I'm at my aunts for a min". Am I wrong?
