Am I having period or implantation??

I had a miscarriage at 6.5 weeks about a month ago now. My fiancé and I have not been using protection but we didn't think there was anyway we could get pregnant till we had a cycle. This was my first miscarriage and my body is out of wack I don't know if I'm having a period or implantation. My bleeding started late Sunday and was done by Tuesday mid day so bleed for almost two days. Not a normal period for me at least be ogre my miscarriage just want some advice from women who have had a miscarriage before to let me know if maybe I could be pregnant again or my period just being weird
