Help?

I was on the depo for about a year and a half maybe less! I haven't got my period in about three years! I was never worried because I had unusual cycles as it was. I resently found out I have a bad thyroid and on prenatal pills now! I am really losing hope on getting pregnant! Any suggestions or help??
