Already pregnant...

So in glow <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.nurture">nurture</a>, why is it asking me if I took an ovulation test and a pregnancy test. I've changed my status to pregnant. It didn't ask me this in the beginning but now it is. It shows that my logs aren't complete because those are left blank!
