A week before AF shows, I usually feel this way. I'm clumsy, I get hurt (bumping into things), no patience, and everything weighs heavy on my heart. I try to stay positive and to be thankful for what I have. PMS wasn't so bad this month but I was emotional when I started spotting and realized this month wasn't my month.
