Do I take both or just one

So I have the prenatal pills.. One has BHA & The other is just normal prenatal pills and I wanted to know do I take both? Or just one?

You need them both both One day now makes them as one pill also. I switched from the two pills to the one a few months ago. It's purple and about slightly small than the DHA pill. But you need everything in both pills

Take me both. I had those same ones and ended up taking the BHA first and then the prenatals. It wasn't until the one bottle was gone that I realized you need to take both. The prenatal has all your vitamins the other one doesn't.
