What does this sound like to you?

Ok yesterday my lower back hurt I had 4 or more bowel movements and my hips were hurting as well and now today my lower back hurts so bad where it hurts to sit up or lie down and hurts to walk and I have a constant urge to go poo but when I try nothing happens but when I don't have the same urge I can go just fine after I eat witch has been normal for me if I eat I have to go and my lady parts feel really odd especially when I try to sit up I'm already 2cm dilated and that was last week and my boobs are constantly leaking for the past 2 weeks and they hurt so bad I can't even touch them 2 weeks ago when my Dr checked me the baby already dropped and she felt her head witch I thought only happen if Labor was close. Does anybody know what could be going on bc my Dr is out of town and the on call Dr said over the phone I just had a uti witch I've had plenty of and I don't burn but I'm constantly peeing witch is normal being almost 37 weeks pregnant you have to pee a lot plz if anyone has a clue what's goin on with me I really don't want have the on call Dr deliver my baby
