Advice?

So I'm just gonna get into it here. My period was a few days late, I decided to take a test. 2 negatives 2 separate days. Well I started peeing blood so I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with a uti. Well I took the medicine and after 3 days I started what I thought was by period but it lasted an hour and was light bleeding then it went away. It is now 3 days after bleeding and still nothing else. I'm taking another test tomorrow but just wanted people's opinions on what is up with me.(learn more on Glow: https://glowing.com)
