Cats and new baby

I have 2 cats.  They are very well behaved and we're given to us from a friend who could no longer keep them. They are 3 and we have had them for about 6 months. I am 16 weeks pregnant and we want to start preparing them for the baby now. One cat sleeps with us every night. My husband said when the baby is here we shouldn't let the cat in our room anymore. What do u guys think? When should we start implementing this rule?  I don't want her to resent the baby cause now the baby will be sleeping with us and not her?!
