Feeling embarrassed

I have my group b strep test today and usually I wouldn't care but the last week I've developed hemorrhoids. So not only do I have the annoyance they have to see it. I've also seen some say they swab your anus and some say they don't. I know I'm overreacting and over thinking it but it's just making me uncomfortable and I wanted to just express myself to somebody.
