I don't like the name personally I think it's just because it makes me think of a whale and I feel like kids would make the connection and tease, I do know someone who liked the name but ended up having a boy and another friend did name her LO Harper and she's so cute I think of her when I hear it.

I've always liked the name, but our current prime minister is an effing tyrant and his last name is Harper, so it totally ruins it for me, personally.
