I'm about the same as you, 5'4", 130 pre-pregnancy weight. Doctor told me if you're in the healthy BMI range (which we are) you can gain 20-35lbs and still be healthy.

I'm only still a high school student(graduating this year) I also use glow to track my cycle but I took a class that was called Human Dynamics and we've learned a lot about pregnancy,parenting and about our bodies! She told us that 20-30 pounds is normal during pregnancy and she even gained 40:) don't worry about your weight as long as baby is healthy and I'm sure everyone looks great anyways:)
