I know I'm not a doctor...

I had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and swore I was having twins but there was only one baby. I have a fetal Doppler and just got it out and was able to hear the heartbeat almost instantly tonight. The weird thing is I'm 10+5 and could hear the heartbeat about 1/2 way between my pubic bone and belly button. Shouldn't my uterus still be lower? On the left side I got a clear heartbeat around 130 and on the right side a reading of 150. I wish you could post videos on here so I didn't sound insane!! I know after having the ultrasound there is only one baby but I still have this gut feeling!
